I am the Director of the Faculty Development and Instructional Design Center at Northern Illinois University. For the past 12 years I have developed and provided training programs on web-course management systems as well as a variety of other topics related to online teaching and learning at Northern Illinois University. I have designed and taught a wide array of blended and online courses in instructional design and educational technology and I enjoy sharing my experiences having done so with others.
